These terms apply to all services provided by Sunrise Packers and Movers Gurgaon ("we", "us", "our") and to the use of sunrisepackersandmover.com. By booking our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

We provide home shifting, office relocation, packing and unpacking, car and bike transportation, storage and warehousing, and local and domestic moving services. The exact scope of work for your move will be as agreed in your quotation.

2. Quotations

• Quotes are based on the information you share, such as items, volume, distance, floor and access.
• If the actual goods or conditions differ from what was shared, the final charges may change.
• Quotes are valid for a limited period and subject to availability on your moving date.

3. Booking and Payment

• A booking is confirmed once the advance amount is paid, as communicated at the time of booking.
• The balance payment must be made as agreed, usually before or at the time of delivery.
• Any extra charges such as parking, toll, lift charges, society fees or extra labour, if applicable, will be informed in advance.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your move by informing us as early as possible. Cancellation charges, if any, will apply as communicated at the time of booking, depending on how close to the moving date the request is made.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Share correct details of the items to be moved and the pickup and drop addresses.
• Keep cash, jewellery, important documents and other valuables with yourself. We are not responsible for such items if packed with goods.
• Do not hand over illegal, hazardous or flammable items such as gas cylinders, fuel, chemicals or explosives.
• Arrange any society or building permissions needed for loading and unloading.
• Be present, or have someone present, at the time of packing and delivery.

6. Packing and Handling

Our team uses suitable packing material and takes due care while handling your goods. Items packed by the customer themselves are moved at the customer's own risk regarding their contents.

7. Transit Insurance

Transit insurance is available on request for added protection of your goods. If you choose not to take insurance, our liability for any loss or damage will be limited as communicated at the time of booking.

8. Damage and Claims

• Please check your goods at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
• Any claim must be reported to us within the time period communicated at the time of booking, along with photos.
• We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, internal faults of electronic or electrical items, or damage due to the natural condition of the item.

9. Delays

We always try to deliver on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by situations beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, road closures, strikes, government restrictions or natural events.

10. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Sunrise Packers and Movers Gurgaon and may not be copied without permission. Information on this website is for general guidance and may change without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
